Shipping Info: Orders are shipped via different transport services depending on the destination. We provide a tracking number for all orders. Usually orders arrive within 2-10 working days. These periods do not take into account the duration of the customs process in countries of destination located outside of the European Union.

For orders from outside the European Union: please note additional costs such as customs duties, taxes or other import charges may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your local authorities to see if additional import costs apply in your country.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns for CD's or patches. If you wish to return clothing, shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. To avoid returns due to wrong size, please check the size tables that are provided on the item page.

In case your item was lost or damaged during transport, or it does not meet your expectations for an other reason, please contact us and we will look for an appropriate compensation.
