about

Morior Invictus was written after a year that seemed to be defined by death. A year where loved ones and close ones died. Mourning is a depression unthinkable that led to finally finding the lyrics to this eternal instrumental piece, but let's end on a positive note: "maybe time does heal all wounds".

lyrics

In death's endless night
Wandering lost through darkened halls
A mortal breath taking lives as silence falls

I struggled through relentless tears
Fought my demons and my fears
No more courage, no more hope
Only memories of those who died

In death's endless night
Taken by his dark embrace
One year of loss
With heavy heart, a soul in pain

I struggled through relentless tears
Fought my demons and my fears
No more courage, no more hope
Only memories of those who died

In death's endless night
Could only think of what we had
I was looking back, loss will never fade away

I struggled through relentless tears
Fought my demons and my fears
No more courage, no more hope
Only memories of those who died

Maybe time does heal all wounds
Soon in spring it all will bloom
Once more courage
Once more hope
And the memories of those who died

A combined century of heavy metal training and all sorts of influences come together as a mighty roar that sounds like the 80s have just met the no-holds-barred 21st century. ... more
